The
Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan, under the leadership of its Chairman/Administrator Deogracias G.P. Custodio recently met with TESDA
Bataan and the
National College of Science and Technology (NCST) to explore the formulation of programs to strengthen the
Bataan work pool to address current and potential job requirements in
FAB.
“The challenge right now is to ensure a steady stream of local qualified workers with high productivity levels who can be immediately hired,” said Chairman Custodio. “We are now in the process of developing a system where the work force is in sync with the current and future demands within
FAB to guarantee immediate hiring,” he added.
